Pay Inequality

One of the disadvantages with working in a non-union workplace like VFX (or most tech companies) is that the pay structure is a mystery.  One Google employee decided to change this by setting up a spreadsheet where employees would enter in their pay.  You can read her story below.  It's interesting to see how her co-workers benefited from her work, and how a supposedly progressive company like Google reacted.
