It's been a looooooong time since I've used a Flame, so I may go and check out the Toronto Flame User Group. They're meeting on Tuesday May 17th, the press release is below:

Mike Bishop, founding partner of Fort York VFX and Rooster Post, is going to walk through some of the 3D integration they've been doing using Flame.
Sean Cochrane from The Vanity will then present some of the things they have been working on in Flame.
Jason Starne, Senior Applications Specialist at CineSys-Oceana will be showcasing the latest features inFlame 2017, including the new Stingray cameraFX and Lustre create batch node workflow. He will also give a quick demonstration of the powerful scatter system in Isotropix Clarisse iFX software that allows you to create a stadium crowd in minutes.
And last but not least, we'll be giving away a ReelSmart Motion Blur license from our partners RE:Vision Effects.
